Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and your satisfaction with your purchase. However, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first to arrange any return or exchange.

  • Fully or partially assembled cycles
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Accessories and parts that have been installed
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards or vouchers

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange an item for the same model or part, email us at contact@lcsbikes.com with your order details and photo evidence of the issue.

Once approved, you can send the item to: Damak.

Shipping Returns

If your return is approved:

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
