We offer a wide range of bicycles including mountain bikes, road bikes, hybrid bikes, and kids’ bikes. All are available through our online store.
2. Do you sell cycle parts and accessories?
Yes! We have a full catalog of accessories and parts such as helmets, lights, tires, pedals, and repair tools.
3. How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also log in to your account and view the order status from the “My Account” page.
4. Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. However, we accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Please see our Return Policy for details.
5. What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange an exchange or repair if eligible.
6. Can I return an assembled bicycle?
Returns are only accepted for unused and unassembled bicycles in their original packaging. Assembled or used bikes are non-returnable.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major digital wallets, and bank transfers.
8. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within all over Nepal. Delivery times may vary based on location.
9. Do you offer cycle servicing or repairs?
We do not currently offer in-house servicing, but we can recommend trusted service centers in your area. Contact us for assistance.
